I had a major leak in my boiler on Saturday, and I had two places that told me they couldn't come out until Monday. I called Petri's by 9:30, got a call back by 10, had Joe over the house by 11 and it was fixed by 1. Joe was absolutely terrific and I told him to give me some flyers so I can pass them out at work. The price was reasonable and Joe certainly knew his stuff.

We had a serious issue on our hands. Seven people in a house and both toilets were clogged with backed up showers too. Not only did they come and detail exactly what the problem was, they also were incredibly honest. We aren't the owners of the property and had an unresponsive landlord. With all the real estate horror stories in NYC, they could've easily lied to us and done a lot of unnecessary work given how exhausted and desperate we were. But they didn't do any of that. In fact, they even recommended against them working on our toilets in case the landlord wouldn't pay. They're a solid choice in my book! And they saved us at least $1000 had we gone with someone else. Thanks guys!
